  • PANDORA reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of our policies

  • In case of cancellation by PANDORA, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances

  • PANDORA is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable
